At New Theory, we offer return or exchange options if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product—subject to the terms below.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Products purchased during Sale/Discount offers are NOT eligible for Return or Refund.
  • Only Size Exchange is allowed on discounted products, subject to stock availability.

If you choose to exchange for a different product, you will receive an additional 10% extra discount on the exchanged item.

Product Condition Requirements

  • Product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and price tags must be intact.
  • Refunds will only be processed for wrong, damaged, or defective products.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Visit the bottom of our homepage and click Returns/Exchange.
  2. Upload clear product images and an opening video of the order for verification.
  3. After verification, we will initiate the return/exchange process.
  4. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
  5. Refund or exchange will be processed only after successful quality approval.

Note: Refunds or exchanges will not be initiated if the product is received in a used, damaged, or altered condition, or without original tags, labels, and packaging.

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after passing quality checks.

Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD refunds, customers must provide bank account details while submitting the return request.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • The product is used, altered, or missing original components.
  • The return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product fails the quality check.
